Poster Printing
Should your presentation be accepted for the event, your poster will be printed and laminated free of charge. Once you receive confirmation as a presenter, submit your poster for printing to the Office of Graduate Education.
You will have a 4鈥� x 4鈥� space on a 8鈥� x 4鈥� bulletin board to display your poster.
Our printer can produce a poster as large as 42鈥� x 42鈥� in dimension. If you are creating your poster in PowerPoint, and would like to maintain the same proportions as an 11鈥� x 8.5鈥� piece of paper, the closest would be a 42鈥� x 32.5鈥� poster.

If you already have a print of your poster (from a conference, for example), and it is beyond these dimensions, please contact us to arrange for its posting.
